Default rear seats?

Does anyone know if or how you can make the rear seat back fold down in an ext cab? or is it bolted into place, anyone unbolted it, lots of space or no?

They are actually helf in by a bracket that they slide into. There is not very much room back there. I was able to put some amps back there but that is it.

Here's the deal. Just like slammed01 said, the seat is bolted in but it is on a "hindge" as well. This is what makes the seat fold up.

Also like said, there are two clips on the back of the seat. What I did is I cut those two tabs about 1.5". If you unbolt the seat(4 bolts) you can see very easily how it works.

Once you cut those tabs down you will be able to fold the seat back down without jeopardizing any safety issues or anything at all. I have my amp mounted behind the seat so that's why I did mine.

Search for it on silveradoss.com. There's a how-to on there somewhere.
