Passenger side A/C blowing warm with dual CC?????
#1
I have an 04 Z71 Tahoe with dual CC (non-digital controls) and even when the settings are all the way on cold, it blows warm on that side but ice cold on drivers side. Does this have something to do with the blending doors? Can someone give me some help?! Thanks in advance!

The problem has to do with the passenger side temperature control actuator. If you are lucky you may be able to perform the actuator recalibration procedure to get it working again. If not you need to replace the actuator and it is not nearly as easy to get to as the driver side actuator. Here is the recal procedure.
1.Place the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2.Connect all previously disconnected components.
3.Remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse for a minimum of 10 seconds. (Fuse is in underhood fuse block)
4.Install the HVAC/ECAS fuse.
5.Start the vehicle. (Do not touch any of the HVAC Controls)
6.Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
