Default Not Impressed.

So I got a little extra cash today and thought I would go pick up some PIAA Xtreme white headlight bulbs because I thought my Silversars were looking a little dim. Well for being more than twice the price of Silverstars I was not impressed at all . They were actually dimmer and yellower than my "faded" Silverstars . So I am taking them back tomarrow and getting an amp that actually has enough power to run my sub, and it will be the same price. Guess to get the look I was I will just have to choke it down and go with some Sylvania xenarc HID's when I gen the money.

That wierd. i took out my piaa's and put my buddies silverstars in and my piaa's were way brighter. one thing i personaly noticed is that with my piaa's i had to run them for awhile and they seemed to "break-in" and get brighter. mabey it was just me i dunno. sucks your not happy with them though. i love mine even though they cost alot for bulbs.

theres a good chance that someone bought some to replace their own, and put those old ones back in the box and returned them.... did it look like the package was restapled or something? Hell... it might not even have been Piaa... or maybe it was defective... i know those bulbs burn the hell outta my eyes when i look at them... maybe you should try another set of bulbs for the hell of it.
