Default Nice single din adapters?

I've seen them before, but can't find them now. For an 03-07 truck. My metra install kit looks like crap.

I have always favored Metra over any other install kit. I have over 5k installs under my belt and haven't found anything else that i liked. Whats wrong with the Metra kit other than it having a rough textured ABS finish?

This was the first thing I thought of when I read this title. I came in here to post it.

High mount, I don't need a spot for an equalizer, looks crappy, etc.

Mine doesn't have the slot for eq/cd's, mine centers the single din opening in the center of the kit with just added material above and below the unit. Looks pretty uniform.

Metra Part # 99-2001 | GM Dash kit | Metra Online
This is the one I have. For the '03+ double din trucks, it looks like they have mine and one with a storage slot
