Heard they sound real clean, and a little louder than a w3 at the same volume. They aren't cheaply built either. Only drawback I can see is that they will be $$$. I would like to put some behind the seats in my reg cab. Anybody get any discounts on JL stuff

ya its funny that u asked about these subs because me and parke10 just talked to an owner at a local shop here about them..and JL is hand making 10 a day. The owner ordered one back in november of last year and he just recieved it this month..so they are really expesnive..he paid $850 for his..but he said they are bad ***.. he said when the prices finally drop they should be around $550.

the T5's are already at $550 for the 13".

These complety blow the competition thin mount drivers out of the water. Great motor design and excursion allows for some awesome air movement.

I had the chance to demo some of these the other day and am looking for a way to run them in my doors as midbass!

I was just looking at these suckers on crutchfield.com. Looks like they were made for regular cabs.

A guy on another forum said these are definitely the best shallow subs out. Followed by the Kenwoods, and then everything else is way below them.
