Default Need some new front components

Ive had some pioneer c720prs for the last couple years and they have been great, but now one of them is broken so I was looking at replacing them with some new ones...

My amp is a memphis belle that can do 75x4 at 4ohms, 115wx4 at 2ohms, or 230wx2 at 4ohms bridged. I never use the rear speakers so I am looking for something a bit louder than the 720prs (50w nominal) although I dont listen to my music that loud, I would like something with more ***. My bass is handled by the belle that does 1100w at 1ohm and I have 2 JL 12W6's in a sealed box so that is fine....doors and cab and lined with sound deadener.

Looking to spend around $200 so not some cheap **** but im not an audiophile either...also would like something in the 6.5 to 6.75" range so I can fit them in the door without too much modification.

I know I am being pretty specific but I havent been in the audio market for a coupler years and dont know whats out there anymore.

Any suggestions?

Thoughs Pioneers you had were pretty nice. The speakers referenced above seem to be good for your replacement if your firm on the $200 price tag. The reason I mention that is there is typically a pretty big sound difference going from an almost $600 dollar pair of speakers to a $200 dollar pair. For $200 you will still get a good quality speaker but the sound typically won't be on par with what you had. By no means am I saying a $200 dollar pair of components can't sound good (I had a pair of JBL Power series components that I loved for about $250 a few years back) Im just saying you might be steping down in clarity or quality compaired to what you had. (just food for thought.)

If you are dead set on $200 price tag the JBL Power series (P660c $249) sounded great in my old Sonoma. They had a pretty decent mid bass kick to them to help bridge the sound from subs to mid range.

Try opera! I thought this was some sort of "code" for good-sounding music, then I saw your next sentence and realized it was a typo. Glad things are working again for you.

Haha no I really meant *** as in with a more powerful/loud sound, not bass.

Might just be a little corrosion on the connectors in the door. Mine has that issue and I loose my passenger side every once in a while. I plan on getting my aftermarket setup started some time. It will probably be in the project section when I get started as its going to take some time.
