I have a 2005 dodge ram hemi that i need to hook up a sub to with the stock deck so i bought a rca drop from best buy and need to know what wires i need to hook the rca drop to?????????

 

If you are talking about a Line Output Converter (LOC) then you just need to find one set of speaker wires to tap into. You will not use the brown wires and since your running a sub you only need a mono signal so put the positive gray and white together and the negative gray and white together and splice them into one set of speaker wires. I have a wiring diagram for up to a 2003 Ram but i dont know if the 2005 is different or not.

is that $45 + the part? the part is $45 itself...just buy the hi-lo converter & some t-taps & male spades & do it yourself...it's actually pretty simple

 

the LOC is only $25 if i remember right from best buy (if it is the one i am thinking of). op, did you get it put in?
