Looking for a mild sub for my wifes 07 suburban.

Wanting a mild sub for my wifes suburban. She currently has the factory bose system in now. I would like to upgrade the front speakers and put a sub in the rear that would be hidden. Also would like an amp to run both the front speakers and sub. Any suggestions and do you have pictures of the rear sub.
I dont want a ground pounding sub but something with good sound quality. I basically looking for something better than the bose system.
Thanks

Build something that downfires and tucks into the rear seat. Go with anything respectable in the market and you'll be fine, subs are not that important.
Front speakers are more tricky, what kind of music does she listen to and does she just want sound or is she picky about it.

You may look into the mtx thuderform enclosures as they may be a little less expensive than the JL's but other than that anything else will have to be built by you or an installer. For the front speakers, like stated above, there are many options depending on the type of sound she is going for and the price range (coaxial, components, piercing highs, smooth highs, lots of midbass, etc.) Another thing to note, with the bose, new speaker wire will have to be run from all the speakers to the new amp.
For the amp, make sure you stay with a namebrand you have heard of before and you are usually good. Also, make sure it is a 4 channel to run both your fronts and your sub and that it has seperate hp/lp filters for the front 2 and back 2 channels.
Give us some more info on the sound you are looking to achieve and we may be able to help further.
