Default A little help...Rear passenger door speaker...

I don't know what happened but I have no sound from the rear passenger speaker. I have sound to front, rear, rear sub next to the 3rd row but for some reason none on passnger rear door. I just hear a click sound when i change radio stations or change songs on a cd. Not the clicking from a blown speaker (could it be that?) but like a click click...I removed the head unit and looked at all the wires/adapters and everything looks fine but when i gave a little tug i heard the speaker from the rear door pop and then the radio cut off and turned back on...did this several times when i was messing with it. I put the head unit back in and have soound to all speakers except that one....any ideas??? I appreciate it!!

Yes, that's what I think it is. Would it be something in the wiring harness or the speaker it self?

probably blew the voice coil...or could be wires touching somewhere along the way too...if you have a voltage tester that is the best way to tell if the speaker is blown asside from the sound, lol

ahhh, i hate the speaker wiring stuff....I think it may be the speaker...How can I remove the door panel?? I saw a screw in the lower left corner but what else is holding it on? Clips? I unscrewed the screw and tried pulling up and out but something else is keeping it on. I didnt want to mess with it much at the time so I left it alone...

Also, on my head unit I have 3 sets of preamp outputs. I can just buy an amp and a sub and the rca cables go from h/u to amp and then just speaker wire to subs and that's it right? I havent hooked up amps and subs in a long time.

Thanks for your help guys!

On mine when the window went up and down it knocked the connector off the speaker. had to solder the wires right to the speaker to make the connector shorter..
