you bring up a good point. I have often wondered if my 05 2500HD has the ability to control the factory efan harness setup, right down to the two pin activation from the wiring harness.

I'm about 90% sure it does. the pcm is no different. Hell, I might take it one step further, and see if there isnt a place I could put the 3 relays in my underhood fuse box, where they are form the factory, and pin it up there. Or see about getting that block from an 05+. this is gonna be fun..... I cant wait!! I love this stuff!!

Did you look through the McMaster-Carr catalog? Maybe something in there (?).

the GM relays used for the trucks are an odd shape.....not a normal bosch type relay. Ive picked up about half a dozen relays and connectors from ebay for CHEAP and after seeing them and the wiring, decided to go a somewhat OEM way. I have a preliminary harness I just built a little bit ago......gonna give those a shot, as they are 40 amp GM relays and sealed connectors. Now I just have to dig up the two PCM pins I have........and get another liscense in EFIlive for the new truck.....there goes 99 bucks. That will probably happen later this week. Or tomorrow. Who knows.........
