My horn only works when i turn the steering wheel.....if the wheel is strait the horn does not work. If i turn the wheel and hit the horn and keep the horn pressed it stays on when i bring the steering wheel back to strait....any ideas?

 

it could be the clock spring, because thats the only thing i can think of that would have anything to do with turning the wheel.
