OK GUYS UPDATE!!! I have power to blinkers and reverse lights, everything except the running/tail lights! There are 2 wires at the back that should have power running to the blue plug. One is brown with a white stripe for the passenger side and one is solid brown for the drivers side. The solid brown wire has NO POWER TO IT! So i then tediously started tracing the brown wire back towards the fuse block and testing it with a test light ever so often. I got nothing so i decided i'd test it straight from the fuse block. Underneath where all of the fuses go in the fuse block you have all of the wires running up and stuck in each little pin. I tested the wire there and still had NO POWER! WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN YOU HAVE NO POWER FROM THE FUSE BLOCK TO A WIRE? It should have power running from that point back to the tail light harness just like the brown with a white stripe. What's the problem i'm just sick with it.
