most motorized units will have all the same stuff the single DIN will have, any reason why you want two singles?

The newer Kenwood and Pioneer NAV Double DIN units are supremely adjustable. Both of these have internal completely tunable crossovers for REAR, FRONT, SUB, loud (interior amplified). It will even control the signal you send to external amplifiers. So which "high SQ" unit were you trying to use?

I think I found it. What are the features you are looking for? I think having a dual-single DIN setup is a complete custom thing. I will say you can get a single unit to fit where the radio comes out, then mount the receiver unit under the seat or something.

My guess would be to hit up a local audio store for their ideas. That's where I go for info on anything stereo.
