dual is not top of the line by any means but a good alternative for lower priced A/V.......just like anything else you get what you pay for.....the good news is they are super easy to bypass to watch video while driving....

Dude, your gonna pay approx 300-400 for this unit, plus another 270 for nav? Why not save up and pay an extra 200-300 bucks and go to Crutchfield and get the Avic D3? Pioneer is offering a 200 instant rebate on the Avic D3X package until March 31st, you get the HU, Bluetooth adapter and Ipod connect cable. I did it two weeks ago and glad I did!

I've worked for Best Buy off and on for several years now (my wife is a manager there) and if you do buy a Dual, get the protection plan...you'll need it.

agreed. i worked at best buy for 2 years installin the stuff and we had an entire shipment of dual flip screens that wouldnt play cd's (about 20 in the shipment)....but then again i installed probably atleast twice that many that didnt have problems at all.....i would get the protection plan just in case though.....

honestly man, dont waste your money. I wouldnt even buy that for a beater. Spend the extra dough for a nicer unit, worth it in the long run. In fact, D3 is ending production here shortly if it hasnt already, might want to wait a little bit and try and get a hell of a deal on one.
