Default Aftermarket Subwoofer/CD in '03 DuraMax

I will put new Apline CDA Model#9856 and MTX Bass Slammer (900W) custom 2-10" Subwoofer box at the back rear seat of 2003 Chevy DuraMax 2500 HD Crew Cab. I do have two Duralast Gold batteries in engine compartment. Which one driver side or passenger side battery the 60 amp. Fuse/Fuseholder wire should go to?
Anyone have experience with it.
I would be appreciate for feedbacking.

run it off the main power post under the fuse block with a 60amp fuse in that compartment to make it cleaner looking

Even if it didnt start off both it still shouldnt matter. If you have the powercable to your amps on the positive terminal no matter what its going to draw juice.
