yes and no.

Dealership fixed paint chips and scratches (on an 860 dollar estimate they charged VIP $380)

I'm on my third Head Unit (Eclipse AVN2454), still makes eeerrr noise, no fix, looking at different brands.

They are rebuilding sub-box, first one was crap.

Half of the broken pieces agreed to purchased are bought.

They are giving me a $500 refund.

It'll be over someday.................right?

At least you stuck with it and now are seeing progress. I doubt that things are going to be met with 100% approval. If I were you I would complain as much as possible until you can get nothing more out of them. If they actually cared about customer satisfaction this wouldve been handled months ago. Its nice to see someone that has the determination to get things right as opposed to bending over and taking it .
If there were more like you, there would be less establishments shitting on people like this.

Thanks greentahoe, appreciate the comment.
I am a stickler for sure, military I guess, but I can tell you I've wanted to give up a number of times. These guys are clowns. Even though they are very very slowly taking care of things, it's only a result of my constant effort. Sort-of like I'm forcing them in a way.

Again, I can't recommend this shop to anyone.

as of today:

New Sub box is finished, much, much better than the first. Now it incorporates the stock Boston Acoustic Subwoofer Grills.
They installed the correct PACAUDIO interface, took care of 4 problems with that one $30 part.
Window lockout, RAP, Chimes, and remote start/stereo interface issue.
Picked up a refund check for $500 in over charges.
Eclipse AVN2454 is being exchanged for Kenwood KVT815DVD Head Unit and Kenwood KNA DV4100 remote mount Navigation unit.
JL 1000/1 cover is on order (had a scratch)
Most new interior panels are in.
5 months later and my install is almost done.
hows that for an update?

Still waiting for Kenwood gear to come in, then the interior guy has to come out and fix all interior scratches, scrapes, and blemishes.

I'm still guessing a month before all that is finished based on their speed.

Then the Jotto is going in, then a few stock dyno runs.

OK, then the Radix
