2008 silverado LT powerfolding mirrors??

Default 2008 silverado LT powerfolding mirrors??

I have a 08 silverado LT and i was wondering if you can install powerfolding mirrors on an LT because ive only seen them in LTZ's??

My parents GMC Sierra SLE has them, which is one level below the SLT/LTZ trim.

It's also listed as an option on all but the W/T equivalent.

Anyway, most mirror harnesses I've encountered are already wired for all these features, you just need the switch to control them.

EDIT: NVM, I did some reading in that thread and a few others and it seems like they decided to go super complicated with the newer mirrors. You can still swap over heater/signal or tow mirrors without issue, but the folding option is tricky.

Yeah you can bend over and grab your cheeks open your check book wide and find make a friend at your local dealer its a chingo PITFA.
