who can fix it everything works will not load cd. Like to have all ***** & face redone.

Because of the cost to repair, the hassle, and the lack of reliability, I scrapped mine, and put a Pioneer unit in, from Crutchfield, with their install kit. I spent about $150 more than the cost to repair the stock unit. It was worth double that.
