Conquered! I just finished just when I was about to quit I realized that the HVAC controls where bevieled so I just ground off material on the gauge bezel and it lined up perfectly due to the material removed allowed it to open up and clear the defrost and the blower off position and I made some brackets out of some high quality SS sheetmetal no pipe strap here!
1. 06 gauge bezel.
2. 06 HVAC control and radio bucket.
3. 06 glove box lower dash assembly.
4. 06 dash support/bucket support.
5. All together $50 salvage yard. pics tomorrow!
6. 06 lower dash panel (drivers side).

Yeah the controls are to wide for the bezel but when you round off the inside edges to match the controls (like picture) it widens the opening due to the bezel tapering in I am so glad to get rid of the single din now the only problem I have is the video parking break signal only works with the truck on because that is the only time the parking brake light is on until you set it, needs to work in accessory as well but the head unit is smart you are supposed to hook it up to ground side of the parking brake light basically it has 12v until you set the brake then it has ground I tried hooking it straight up to the vehicle ground no go I guess I could hook it up to the radio ground should work the same way!

HVAC is heating controls the bucket is what the heating controls and radio screws too it screws into the dash the metal brace is rivited to the back of the bucket they both can be taken out of another vehicle as a assembly via removing the the rivet at the top of dash and screws!
