Haha, you'd be going from one issue to another. I've got a lean condition that may or may not be sorted out yet. Waiting to see if I melt any more plugs, lol.

True, but I believe they put their hat in the turbo market as well. Add in ten years experience modding Viper enginees...not that there is a silver bullet but they may have some generic mods to reduce the risk of a meltdown.

I am thinking about Caltracs as well but plan to install a 1"x2" X-Metal drop kit first. It looks like Caltracs come in two different versions. Std and for lowered trucks. I think the Caltracs for the lowered trucks are shorter.

This is my post from SRT10 forum:

My tune is from Roe and I'm on the rich side. And I have also seen high boost, 10+ . I want to believe in the system and I somewhat do. Here is my opinion.

1. Big asp-first engine due to open loop. Result-fixed for all STS systems.
Second engine. Ran it without the turbo hooked up.
2. SCvette- Running propane/meth over 8 psi on stock engine. (I think)
3. Sprite- Lost his on the dyno. If his was connected like the instructions then he over-boosted. Result-New reference kit for the boost and lighter springs.
4. RamfromHell-Don't know what happened here. Eric let me know the details if you can.
5. Cardude/Jet and myself sill have ours. And I know of one non-forum member who has one. I wonder what the difference is? Tune? Boost? My install guys caught the overboost problem early and hooked it up the best way they could figure out. I sent this info to STS and now all kits are hooked up like that. At least the QC's are.

The point of the above post is that other then Eric's the rest were caused by different problems (to an extent, end result the same).

What kind of RPM do your guys' motors see on average? Also, what's the stroke like?
