Ok, wanting to get a set of tires and just realized that tire rack was a sponsor. What do I need to do to get a price quote from them? I'm wanting a set of the General Grabber UHP's 275-55-17 or 275-60-17

Who is the contact on here for them though. I want to go ahead and get these things while I have the extra money. Is there a contact here on the site for them, or do you have to contact tirerack.com and do something there?

Just call them and order them, that's it. I deal with a particular salesman but it doesn't matter.

custsvc@tirerack.com is there main email address. WES-EXT 648 at 888-981-3953 or email Wes@Tirerack.com is my contact, but i haven't talked to him in about 6 months. If he's still there, you know how people change jobs like underwear these days.

So I called my local Discount Tire Co. to get a price on these General Grabber UHP's, just for comparisons sake. They wanted $180 bucks a tire for them. Mounting/balancing and all came up to like 875 bucks total. Damn that, I can go order them off tirerack.com right now for $111 a tire with no PT.net Discount.

I did email that guy Dewmanshu and got no response, so I will try and call today.

Yeh calling them is usually better. The only problem buying "discount" tires and this goes for Pep Boys, autozone, and any of those "we will beat anyone" places are they seem to have alot of F-ed up tires. You get three perfect tires and one will have a little extra rubber or a flat spot. You won't notice until you have them balanced. Tirerack will get you a new tire in a day and have the other picked up, but it is still a pain in the ***.
