After producing this kit for 4 years, interest has seemed to slow down a bit so we would like to offer the last 3 remining kits to the members of this site for $3,995.00 + Shipping.
The kit includes:
Coated Mild Steel Manifold w/ 1 5/8" primaries, 1/2" Laser Cut Manifold Flange (Retains factory driver side manifold), 2 1/4" Cross Over, 3" Down Pipe, Powder Coated Inlet Tubes, All V-Band Connections, High Quality Silicone hoses w/ Aircraft Grade SS clamps, Tial 38mm Billet Wastegate, 3-Core Air to Air Intercooler, and complete detailed instructions.
Bolt-on Installation; Works with factory electronics. Tuning is required.
The Battery, A/C, Power Steering, ABS, etc. remain in the factory locations, so you could put your vehicle back to stock, very easily at any time.
As far as fabrication, there are two minor items that will need to be made.
1) Mating the downpipe to the rest of the exhaust system. Since there are so many different catback systems, there isn't a generic piece that will work.
2) A custom A/C line will need to be fabricated. We wanted to include a line with the kit, however there are several different lines between make/model and model year. Most radiator / A/C shops should be able to do this relatively inexpensively.
Our Escalade had a 100% bone stock engine and transmission (with exception of a Trans-Go shift-kit). We ran the GT-37 and GT-67mm on this truck from 5 lbs. – 13 lbs. (on race gas).
Almost all of the kits we’ve installed here have been on AWD trucks, so we weren’t able to dyno them. One truck that comes to mind that was 2WD was a Silverado 5.3 with the base GT-37 @ 6.5 lbs. of boost, it picked up 154 rwhp and 165 rwtq. This turbo is probably the best choice for a vehicle with a stock engine, as it spools quickly and is able to make good power. There was no lag and the truck ran consistent 13.4's at ~10 lbs. of boost weighing 6,100 lbs. We ran as much as 12-13 lbs. of boost with the GT-67, and ran a best ET of 12.88 @ 107mph, but definitely don't recommend that much boost if you want to keep the stock engine together.

Do you guys still have all 3 kits? What kind of power would a 5.3L make with one of these kits? I know the 4L60E in my truck wouldn't take it and would have to be upgraded. I see in the crossover tube that there is not flex-joint...any reason for their not being one?
