Our warranty is industry standard: 1 year from date of purchase, 90 days for calibration. We have a repair/calibration facility located in Chicago in case anything ever does need to be done to the wrench.

The ratchet and the steel components of the wrench are manufactured in Taiwan, and the electronics and assembly are done in Malaysia. As noted above, our repair / calibration facility is located in Chicago.

all of the online reviews seem to be good. i'm stuck on my trusty clickers though. a buddy stripped the threads out of his LS2 block because a digital torque wrench reset on him between bolts. he kept going expecting to hear a beep.
