Thumbs up ALUMINUM 29" and 34" electric fan shroud.

Ok we got the fan shroud finished up. These twin 14" pullers have no problems keeping this truck cool, just sitting with the a/c running for over 10 minutes after the test drive. You can feel the air getting pulled in at the grill.
Installs into the factory location, using the stock hardware.
Install time for the fan was under 30 minutes.
We used dual 30amp Bosch relays, wire loomed everything, and installed dual circuit breakers for protection. (They are the yellow covers in the pics.)
Right now the fans are just ON when the key is on.

If you do not have the proper spanner fan removal tool here are some tips.

TIPS and tools needed for stock fan removal:
15mm socket
1/2 inch breaker bar
large cresent wrench
and about a 18"-24" 2x4.

step 1: Simple install the cresent wrench on the large hex nut aiming the tool straight up.
step 2: With the 15mm and breaker bar installed on belt tensioner.
step 3: Apply some force to tighten the belt.
step 4: Take the 2x4 and knock the hell out of the cresent wrench, counter clockwise or towards the passenger side of the vehcile.
NOW repeat until the large nut comes loose, then remove tools and fan. It took me 6 hits to make it happen. Recommend you hit the short side of the wood, less vibration will hit your hand. LOL..

Fans with NO relays or wiring will be
29" 425.00+ shipping...
34" 450.00 + shipping...
prices where updated on 06/17/08
if your interested drop me a PM.

How much would it be for relays and wiring if you were to add that into the price of both size e-fans? Oh and are there instructions for wiring for us lazy ppl that don't want to do the research.

I have these on my truck and they work great. They suck alot more air than the stock 05 fans and look better too.

I have installed several of these set-ups, they work great.
I used my own harness set-up or you can run Nelson's harness with them.
