Just another truck we're building up for a customer.
obs 408, twins.
not done yet, but it'll give you an idea of what's to come.
it'll be ready for the SAR truck nationals this weekend.

thx wheately.
it doesn't matter to me, maf or sd, they both have their advantages.
nah, that's a fully built 80e, but like it matters lol, once this truck gets traction, i'm sure that'll be upgraded as well.

Looks cool!
Just curious, did you do low mounts just for something different? A lot of work to put the turbos in the dirt,
I could see if you used stock manifolds, but you went to all the trouble to build SS logs.

Ya, it's different, hidden, and cooler engine compartment.
The stock manifolds didn't offer what I was looking for and I didn't like how they were routed. Plus, as you know, stainless pipe holds in heat very well vs cast iron which gives off a lot of radiant heat.
the low mount is only an issue if the truck is driving in the dirt and off road. This is a 2wd lowered street truck, used for cruising and hitting up the shows during nice weather.
you should know you're not supposed to build and daily drive the same truck lol, it's just an extra fun truck.
