How long has it been since u shipped the harness back? I know they are super busy with their new addition to their parts warehouse so they probably just dont have time to answer all calls. From my experience with them i can tell u that they will refund your money just may take a bit more time. Hope u get it fixed soon

I would be a little more patient with a company that is always on here being very supportive to this forum. They are a very good company and I'm sure they have a lot going on. I have had parts that I miss ordered and they handled it and took very good care of me. Your not dealing with a half assed company...... If there's something wrong I'm sure they will fix

You do know it takes longer for banks to issue a refund for your money then a debit or credit hit that takes it right out, I had to do a return though gander mountain and it took em almost two weeks to get the money back,Frecking huntington........

What's your name or any other information on the order that would allow me to identify you? If you would, please send me your information and I'll take care of this. You're not being screwed, let me look into this and help you out.

Also, if you know who you've talked to when you have called it would be helpful.

PM me, email jsmith@sdparts.com, or call 800-456-0211 and ask for Jesse (me)
