well just waiting for the springs and lifters to come in, then take the parts to the head shop for the spring fitment and wait for the call saying the heads are done, then back together by friday I hope, its a pain getting all the water and gasket stuff off the block other than that its like rideing a bike.

Hmmm it only cost maybe 30-60 bucks to mill a set of heads. And can be done in a day or so. While your waiting the springs........
