I think they passed a law that they can keep it and never give it back, but that is probably rare. Ussually around here if you get a street racing ticket you can get it knocked down to something small, You still pay the HUGE fine but its not on file.

If you get another street racing ticket your screwed.

Thats why we go at it on some way middle of nowhere roads. Asphalt is crappy, but still fun.
I had a cop follow me here in town, i was pullin a empty 16' Trailer and it was raining . After a few 50mph spins, (acutallly speed was about 5-10mph) we decide to go unhook the trailer and have some fun. Its already 1:30am so its already like a ghost town.

No Cats and my Magnaflow aint easy to keep quiet, plus it was echoing down the streets (sounded dang good!) We did 1 nice 60mph burn. As soon as i let out of it and roll on about another 100yds i look to my right and see a city po po. Thought, well crap im fixin to have to call my bud to get out of this ticket, i set the cruise at 32 cause we were in a 30mph zone.

Look in the rear view and the cop is on my '6' real quick. I saw him callin in my tag and stuff so i made about 8 different turns out of the way to get home . Finally get to my driveway and turn in real quick, i was expecting him to turn in behind me. But he kept goin, it was so fun.

My buddys dad is the cheif of police here in CS, So we can get away with most stuff. Just as long as its not a serious felony.

Wonder what the finance company thinks of that? Isnt that kinds like stealing your ride? Or is it considered the sme as using a vehicle for an illegal activity such as smuggling stuff?
