Default Troubles... Do they ever end???

Well, went to take the truck to the track today... right before I get there the truck starts actin up. Falling on its face when I hit the gas. I know it was running really lean still. My afr at 5K is 15.3... I am getting it retuned tomorrow. Plus learning more about HP Tuners. It ended put putting its way back home before it died but barely. I think I probably washed out the cylinders again or came close anyways... Oh well, guess I should have gotten it retuned earlier...

Also, has anyone had problems with the Walboro p255 swap? Anytime below 1/4 tank my truck chugs and acts like its out of gas? Is it something to do with the tune or with the install???

My tuner advised me not to go below 1/4 tank. When that gas get's sloshing around you can run lean

It runs that lean all the time... I need to adjust my MAF. Tomorrow I'm getting another bung put in my header for the wideband sensor so I can start tuning it better. I had it dyno'd the other day thats how I knew it runs so lean... pitiful numbers... 286/310

I've read that the pump can't pick up gas from the tank under 1/4 of a tank. It's just the design flaw of the walbro 255.

There's cavitation and heat. The intank fuel pump uses the gas in the tank as a coolant.
