Default Tire Help

Not sure where this would go, guess I'll just drop it here and if it's wrong the mods can move it for me! Has anyone had any history with Fuzion tires? I have heard a lot of good things from some of the guys I work with... Anyone on here know anything about them? I looked on Tire Rack, they have a Z rated side wall but I'm not sure how they'd go as far as traction...

I was wondering myself. They have an A/T Tire that fusion makes thats not too aggressive but available in the size that I am thinking about going and is lighter weight than the tires I am currently using.

But I know nothing about Fuzion Tires, but I heard that they are made by bridgestone.

My buddy swears by Fuzions, then again he races dirt track. I had another buddy though that put the zri's on his car and he used them the 9 months we were home and it barely touched his tread, I'll look at the Proxes too...

how much of a difference would be 285 be then a 275? I have 285/65?/16's on it now but they rub up front... Would it make much of a difference in traction to put 285's in the back and 75's up front?

Tires.....Just stay away from the GY Eagle GTII's, wear too damn fast. The set the we put on in January are the Hankook Ventus ST. I went from 275/60/17's to 255/50/17....what a difference. I used a couple of references on-line like Tire Rack, and Discount Tire matched the Racks price.

You do realize that the GT II's are pretty much the cheapest 20" tire, so what more could you expect. Speaking of, mine aren't wearing any faster than normal...

Fuzion's are good tires and made by Bridgestone. Just recently put a set of A/T's on my sister's Grand Cherokee and I've been impressed with the construction so far. Seems to live up to the Bridgestone/Firestone name. I'd definitely run a set if they had any in the size I need.
