Just doit.
I understand Trever.......but I would definitely lose $500. I will tell you this though, I will quit real soon........It takes a lot of will power to quit. For me it's the addiction part of smoking not the habit part.
I know, I'll just beat off when I get the urge to smoke........man that's a lot of astroglide...........

BlackGMC, didnt I read a while back that your GF did something for you if you didnt smoke that week or something?

So what's that mean? Would you like to see how weak I am?

Hmm, i think you just gotta quit. I do think for certain people you can "step" down, others cant. I often break my addiction to caffiene regularly because I have no desire to have a external chemical control my body, or drinking habits.

cold turkey is the only way to go.
go to bed, wake up, and just don't do it.
the hardest part is fighting the urge, stress from GF, Wife, or job does not help.
they just make things worse and that urge harder to fight.
3 days, no sodas, no beer, just water to help flush the system.
what is really bad, is that the nicatine is stored in the fat cells in your body.
if you start to lose some weight, what is stored will be released back in to your body.
now after 7 days things will start to smell funny, orders you never noticed before.
food will have a whole deffrent taste.
on the 14th day of being smoke free, eat dinner at a steak house, add no sauce.
it will be the best steak you ever ate in your life.
