I got the GAP because at the time SA said there was no way the ACP would fit in the same frame and I wanted a 45. Impulsive buy, and I sold it a few weeks ago after owning it a couple years and putting less than 100rds through it. Shot great but very hard to find ammo. Now of course they have an XD45ACP.

Yep. I just bought a Colt 1911 and an AR15 but my next purchase will be an XD45acp service

 

i went to a semi-local indoor range yesterday... i put 250rds through my buddys Compact XD .40... i love it...

i got asked if i was a cop for some reason....
This guy was shooting a S&W 9mm and a S&W .357mag. i almost laughed at his targets... but that would have been very rude of me.. The targets were B-27s reduced for 25yds. I kept the majority of my rounds in the 9 ring and X. his covered the whole left side of the target...

I was praticing my reloading... load 2 mags with 3 rounds each..

2 center mass and 1 head shot.... reload... repeat..... i did very good.. at 7 yds.. then moved out to 15 yards.... very fun!!!!!
