Default So lound that it scares little kids. . . .

I have yet to put on my LTs and the y-pipe that I've had for months. So after work I unbolted the y-pipe at the "cat back" so its open headers. Holey cow this thing is loud. I did it once in the driveway with the 4.8, but the cammed 6.0 is another story. I need to hurry up and ditch this stock muff, and order something free flowing.

I wish that I could have recorded the look on the guys face when I idled threw the guard shack, . . . it made his pen roll off his counter top.

if you think thats loud wait till you get the pacesetters on and start it without the Y attached...it will still be 2x as loud starting it with a cutout after the Y

hahah I can't wait . . . I had a borla lined up, but I waited too long, what do they cost, or are you getting a deal? I was thinking about the borla or the dynomax.

lol heck yeah man, open headers is frkn loooud. I used to have two cut-outs right after the collectors on the H-pipe of my old Mustang for the track. It was so loud I had a ball of ear wax fall out of my ear after heating up the tires after the water box. I clean my ears...I swear.

Maybe its because I have a 4.8 w/ cats, but I run this muffler and it isn't too terribly loud.
