I agree, take the bad feedback and leave him feedback explaining yourself. If you know that you included everything and it all worked, then don't take a loss man. I believe you're telling the truth because I don't think you'd go through the trouble of making this thread if you knew you were in the wrong. I don't know if that makes sense, but you get what I'm saying..

If he is asking all those questions about how hard they are to install and everything, then why did he buy them to begin with? I say he's playing you.

I would say he is lying. I have bought and sold a lot of stuff on Ebay and some of the people I sold too, gave me **** about the condition of the stuff. In most of my cases the people wanted a small refund back on the price of the item sold. I said screw that, it was sold as is and was in perfect working order when I shipped it. Which in all honesty they were, I would not try and trick someone. But there are some pretty screwed up people out there trying to screw other people.

My suggestion is just say it was all there when I shipped it, and they all worked. If you wanna give me bad feed back then do so.

If he does give you bad feedback you get the opportunity to respond to his bad feedback. Both responses will show up in your feedback. Just responds saying the guy is lying...

I agree. Just take the hit and go on down the road. It's just a few bucks and not worth the aggravation and bad feedback. Llife's too short.
