Default Quick Question

I'm getting pretty close to finishing up and I'm waiting on one more part, which is the small nipple fitting that goes on the back of the intake for the brake booster hose. I was wondering, if I get to the point tonight where I am able to start the truck, would it hurt anything if I just left it disconnected, or put the plug back in it and started it? I mean its just for power brakes. Its not like I was gonna be driving it around or anything..

just plug it off and start your truck, it will be fine. but if you dont plug it your truck will rev up till shut it off or get the hole plugged
