Actually, that guy in the 97 is lying his *** off. He jumped out on Ruthless because of his slicks, but then Ruthless caught him and passed him well before the 1/4. He did beat Chris though.

the guy calls us out and drives like 20 miles out of his way to come race and shows up with a cammed lt1 97 SS with gears and slicks plus who knows what else and still got by a stock ls1 spinning through 2 gears
