Default NPR fastest state rules

rules. pick your fastest 5 trucks. best et of the night will be submitted for the competition amongst the other states.

example. tx has 5 trucks they want to compete to represent them. MS has 5 trucks and LA has 5 trucks.

nights end, tx, ms, la all put the best slips of the night in the hand of a non partisan member so they can add all numbers up.

do it like this.

11.25
13.89
10.80
12.34
+12.39
----------
60.67 divided by 5 = 12.134

so when all states add their slips dated the night of the meet we will determine who the fastest state is.

btw, if someone sees a flaw in my math post up.

how will you know if all 5 slips aren't coming from the same truck or 2 fastest trucks or something like that? will each participant have to turn in slips after each run and write on them who turned it in or what?

If it's like any other race track, numbers will correspond with the number on the truck. If you are representing, you run all night to acheive the best possible time and turn in that slip.

who ever we designate as the slip holder will take each slip from the truck representing after each run. write a name on it. i don't want any cheating. if my state loses then it loses. i don't want to bamboozle any one. but that is a great point. if we have any other concerns please bring them up. i don't think we'll have to worry about cheating with the guys here. everyone here is standup in my book. we get on each others nerves from time to time but thats part of the fun.

anyone have any other suggestions. maybe motor only fastest state and all out fastest state. both. i plan on making a few motor passes. anyone else?

I think NA and allout sounds good. JMO Im not worried about cheating either. That would show true lack of character.
