NPR fastest state rules
#15
John, I dont see any flaws in this. At NPR the slips will have the number on the slip, what lane they ran, and a date/time slip on it. I assume everyone would turn their slips in, and maybe the driver write what state they are from, or have who ever holds the slips have a list of truck numbers that list the state they represent and cross-reference them. I think I may represent Mississippi though, I know they need all the help they can get
BTW I'm hoping to be the fastest 4wd running mudders that night
