yea... stuff like that is typically a no-no on any forum (except maybe between PT, LS1T, & other "affiliated" boards). pm's and word of mouth are ya best bet.

its called illicit aktionz(spelled like that intentionally). the main site is still under construction but the board is up as we speak, only been up for a few days but has PLENTY of threads to choose from and if there's something that would like to see on there, there's a thread for suggestions.
