Bryan, did you install the 3.73's the 3rd go 'round at no charge?

Irun yukons with no problems but i have heard of a problem set with a member on this site. I wont name names. Beleive it or not, bad gear sets do exist. In case some of you dont know it, Bryan is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer. He has a degree in this ****. He knows what he is doing and just because somebody got a bad gearset, they shouldnt be bashing him for it. Its the luck of the draw. Some parts are defective. If one gets a bad gear set, that person should consult the company they bought it from. Its not Bryans fault so dont act like it is.

 

From what I see...I think you guys were MORE than fair with the situation.

plus after the second one mark was telling sammy for him to call RR&P about it???? hmm to me sammy doesnt have to call nobody!! that was marks problem, not sammy's... sammy DID NOT take him no parts, he paid mark so that was his baby to take care of....

 

Yeah, one was improper break and I agree that mark should deal with him because he ordered them.

Even the first gear set didnt start making noise until about 300 miles after i left marks place. yeah i did the burn out but thats it, after that i babied it and it still made noise so Colby **** u . U dont know me bro. The second gear set was babied the whole 500 miles but at 300 it made a whinny noise but not half as bad as the first one. The biggest problem i had was that I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH RR&P. I paid Mark a certain amount of money for parts and labor and that is what i expected to get. When ya'll pay for something dont ya'll expect to get it? When I got word that RR&P didnt want to warranty them My installers left me out in the cold and basically told me that i was screwed. I have nothing agains and i havent said nothing bad about Bryan because my 3 73 are kicking *** again. But Bryan knows that he found a few problems with marks install that could have caused bigger problems. Like i said though I had nothing to do with RR&P and my installers backed out on me. But being that Bryan reffered me to this guy doesnt make it his fault but they could have worked something out insted of tryin to blame it all on me. (I didnt pay to baby a gear set, I payed to get a gear set that i could abuse)
