Finally got my cam in

Specs: 226/232 111 comp XFI lobes


We will be putting the engine together tomorrow and be dropping it in next week

LS6 intake and yella terra roller rockers will be the only other additional mods


brief summary: orig. LQ9 wasn't balanced and rod bearings went south. after a lot of machine work and $$$, it's finally ready to go back in.

i believe the 4L60 will be ok. My buddy owns a trans. shop in dickinson, and they went through it last year and fixed all of the 60's weak links.

keep us updated on the swap, sounds like a real nice setup, the only thing different that i would do is go with a bigger converter?

 

yeah i know i thought about sending it in to have the stall changed, but i didn't get around to doing it.

it is really tight, i shoulda gone at least 3400
