As you all know I have been looking for a daily driver that is more reliable that the Silvy. Well, I found a deal and picked her up yesterday.
'01 Chevy Tahoe LT, 5.3L, 4wd, leather, sunroof, onstar, good Bridgeston Dueler tires, 104K miles, completely stock. Everythiing works except for the third brake light and it dosn't have the towing package (but that is easy enough for me to add). She needs some minor maintinence but overall in excelent condition. Here are a few pics taken with our crappy Mavicka at work.

Over all I am very pleased with the deal. Only gave $9500 for the 'Hoe.

First mod? ... With all the upgrades to the silvy lately, I got a garage full of old parts. How about a h/c LS1, 2400 stall converter and built 4L65?
Really though I am going to try and keep this one unmolested. Maybe just a CAI, Catback, tune, wheels and a nice stereo system.

Just over 11K miles after that day, the #7 rod changed my baby's life forever.
She gone now... went to an auction. Dunno where she is now. Trending Topics
