Default Local Machine Shop

Does anybody know a good Machine shop Around New Orleans or Baton Rouge I can bring my heads to? I'm in Golden Meadow anybody nearer? I know About Meaux Racing Heads in Abbeville.

for what a valve job or port work?
southland performance and machine in houma does awsome work and Mr. Ronnie is a helpful guy.
The shop is so clean i would eat food off the floor!!! ever seen a machine shop like that...top notch

time 2 on womak in baton rouge they built be a whole 350 for my old 84 c-10 motor was super strong for a daily hehe

for larry meaux your going to have to wait a year and your going to need $2k dollars. i have a local guy doing some 243's for me right now who's real good.

I heard about Womack Head & Block too. Has Anybody used these guys?

womacks is the ones that did my heads. he was really straight forward and didnt beat around the bush. he told me the day he will have them done, and he was dead on. no waiting, no having to call to check on my heads.

he built a local guys 426 hemi and that thing is f'n sweet. just saying....he is a good guy, and priced just right imo.

im getting him to build me a 427 if i ever go that route

Do they have the ability to flow test the heads? and did you get a flow chart?
