Default A little help please

i am putting the GMC tail lights on my truck. do y'all know if anything has to converted over to make everything work? i know you switch to the newer tail lights you have to do a little modding.

TIA, Jason

I know when I changed from the GMC Tails to the Silverado tails, I used the new harness. The silverado has 4 bulbs and the GMC has 3 bulbs, plus I think the shape of the inserts are a tad bit different, but you could most likely make them work, its just that extra bulb sitting out there that will be the issue.

If you get the harness, then yes, it should just plug right in and be no issue. I know some have spoke about the taillight itself not fitting properly into the opening, but I have had no issues whatsoever with any of mine on this swap.
