Have you looked at the refurbished sigs. Absolutly as nice as brand new at almost half the price. I picked up my sig for 560 with 3 clips, it is a refurbished and is fukin perfect.. Don't bash the grips have the bolt on hogues I just havn't putem on yet. Its a tack driver.

I Perfer Springfield Armory XD...

Ive shot enough Semi Autos and Revolvers.... and i still perfer the XD

I Absolutely love my XD...

SA XD .40 Service model with Heinie Night Sights

ive got about 7000 rounds through it in 6 months or so (I cant Remember when i got it)

Ive shot a few competitions with it and i Conceal Carry it.

I really dont like the M&P trigger... great feeling pistol... just hate the trigger

Walter P99 didnt really feel right... not sure what i didnt like about it.. Maybe it just felt like my lil P22 too much??

Now the CZ is a awesome pistol! Ive seen some guys shoot them in Competitions and they are really good.... never heard of a problem with them either...

But i would suggest lookin at the XD Service model. Thats what i have and i love it...
It shoots very good also... I managed to pull this group of 10 rounds at 12 or 15 yards... i cant remember.. With CCI Blazer Brass

Still waitin on a XD SubCompact.... Thats goin to be my dedicated CCW pistol... If i ever get it...

Nice grouping. I might group like that at 7 yards with my Model 19. XD's seem to be a popular pistol.

if you can find a refurb sig in the model and type you want, that would be another option....

i shot my dad's p229 40 cal and it was shweet. it's a tossup between mine and his gun and at the time i can't see paying the difference. besides, you can usually find the xd's fairly cheap, just have to do a lil shoppin...

here's my xd40 v10 ported

If you don't like glock, for the reason of it being all synthetic, then you probably won't like the springfield. They both are nice guns, but I like a metal frame gun. If your looking for a light weight gun then the Springfeild is the way to go. The sig loaded up is pretty heavy. I would stick with a company that makes semi's only, I have heard that the S&W semis are not that great...

Try at your local gun shops. If they deal sig then they can get info on the refur ones. Or go to gunbroker.com.
