So what do you get when you cross an '01 rcsb traveling 90mph with an opposum?
A mess
Seriously, didn't see the little guy til he was 10' ahead of my bumper (it was about 8 at night, pretty dark out). Went right under the truck. I guess my tranny took him out. I'll be he wished I had a lift kit instead of a drop kit. Haven't checked the underbody for damage/blood and guts yet.

why was you going that fast on 95
. That is well over the speed limit and unsafe in my op. That is the reason acidents happen...I would never go that fast on a public road. Save that for the race track...
Just jkn,
atleast it didnt rip anything off the truck or **** it up, I am wit colby atleast it wasn't a skunk...

yeah, right after I hit him I checked the brakes, steering, and acceleration. Everything worked so I kept on truckin. I felt kinda bad for the little guy so I asked my buddy to tell him I said sorry as he drove by him later today. He said he'd just hit him again. Nice guy.
Check this. I told my dad the story so of course he has to tell me his best roadkill story. He and a buddy were driving home one weekend. His buddy was driving and my dad was asleep. Out of nowhere an armadillo pops up on the road and of course he hits it. He pulls over and tells my dad that they're running out of gas. "Jeff, we just filled up." They get out and see gas pouring onto the road. This damned animal severed the fuel line. So my dad pulled the radiatior overflow line and did a quick fix on the fuel line. Held fine the whole trip home.

If you ever hit a skunk, you will smell it for days. I did one time and drove immediately to the car wash and drenched the under carriage - I still smelled it for days
