You can file it on your homeowners policy it will most likely cover it minus the deductable.

most policies only cover property within a certain "yardage" from your line. Our policy says 100 yards. Many are different. I only know this due to personal experience.

Don't do anything stupid. Just get him arrested.

You need to look into another policy. Most policies cover a certain amount for property off premises. If my kid takes my stuff and puts it in a car and the car is broken most HO-3 and HO-5 policies will cover this. The policy will respond the same way for THATGUY's claim. I checked on this when I put a few things in storage at a storage unit. I only have 10% of my total contents value but that will cover what I have stored.

maybe so. I'll bitch my bitch insurer out tomorrow. Ill be like, "WTF Amy, fuggin people in MS have better insurance. Go to hell you blood sucking insurance company." Cool, I'll look into it. I am curious.

Yeah it sucks getting your **** stolen. My own sorry *** crakckhead brother stole an assault rifle from my room, the worst part it im sure he traded it for drugs so now some drug dealer in high school has it

Well I know it gives you a sick feeling to your stomach and then you get all fired up and wanna do something very bad. Been there done that, just don't get caught in whatever you do. Be slick and sneaky.

Cops usually don't find anything, but in a small town you might have a good chance to get something back with there help. But in the big city they don't give a flying flip for little ole robberies. They have better things to do. Trust me a I chat with them everyday about what's going on in the streets.
