Ya you handed me my ***. You had more gear and converter than me at that time. Dude, i dont know why you wanna swap motors when you have a "hot" 5.3. You cam that bitch and you might see some 12s. NA and some 11s on gas. Hopefully Ill be able to get it street tuned next week so i can actually feel what this truck is like without KR. BTW, gas wont be hooked up for a while.

 

i debated just doing a cam swap on my truck but i can get this 5.7 LS1 motor with a cam/springs/rods for cheaper than just adding a cam to my truck. actually ill make money off of the deal if it goes my way...

LS1 comes with 918's already in it, and a large cam that i can sell for ~$200, and buy a comp 224 for close to the same.

im getting the longblock for $300 + my asp underdrive pulley that i cant use on the LS1 anyways. ive got my 5.3 long block sold to a guy local for 650. i dont see how i can go wrong on this deal lots more ponies and less weight and talkn bout bang for buck!!!

I still plan on trying to make a 13.5 pass in my stock ecsb 5.3 though
