I am looking to get my wheels High speed road force balanced, or at least road force balanced somewhere around the Baton Rouge area.

Does anyone know a shop that does this?

Basically I think I'm down to it being tires or rims causing a vibration issue after correcting pinion angle and replacing driveshaft with 5" aluminum high speed balanced.

They are balance through the normal method, but I have been told that at higher speeds and/or road force it can change balance dramatically and I'm wanting to fix this.

No shops im aware of, try reaching out to that custom truck shop up there. I forget there name. Bigger shop, usually does shows at twin peaks. I'm from no and spend a few weeks a year up there for work. Good luck in the search..
