Pull the old pulley (I assume you can do this) Use a torch and heat the inside of the new pulley and slide it on, it should go all the way without having to "pull" it on with a bolt. It is recomended to use a new bolt, but I have only once. If you re-use the old bolt Id slap a little lock-tite on it while you have it out. I think the torque specs are 80 lb-ft then 140* but I just tighten the **** out of em.

I thought that because we tried to get them in from the top and it didnt work too well cuz the damn steering crap was in the way.
